The initiative is focused on Prime, and direct experience in Prime—ideally at a bank and through a build or ongoing program journey—is a strong advantage. The candidate should also bring financial-services experience, strong communication and presentation skills, polished stakeholder presence, and the ability to manage work independently rather than wait for direction.
Practical, Evolving AI capability as a key requirement:
Understanding how AI models work, hands-on experience creating and running agents, and exposure to tools such as Claude Code. He wants someone curious and creative who actively identifies ways to use AI to improve program management and stakeholders’ work, rather than relying on fixed procedures or treating prior experimentation as sufficient.
