Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BizOps Engineer to join our team and support mission-critical SaaS application platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and production operations, with a proven ability to ensure system resilience, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24x7 production environment.

Key Skills

• Splunk log analysis, custom queries, and monitoring dashboards.
• Dynatrace application performance monitoring and proactive issue detection.
• Unix Scripting automation and system management using Shell scripting.
• SQL database query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Java application support and integration in production environments.
• Production Support 24x7 operations experience ensuring high availability and reliability of SaaS/cloud services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for database management, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Java in production environments, supporting application builds and deployments.
• Proven track record in production support for highly available SaaS/cloud platforms, including incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of system and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enforce processes and influence cross-functional teams.
