Required
Bachelor?s degree inEngineering
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience leading projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
Demonstrated capability in project planning, execution, capital management, and risk management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in ahigh-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment
Background inprocess/making systemsorpacking/packaging operations
Experience with automation, manufacturing technology, or equipment integration
Experience managing medium-to-large capital projects
Familiarity with startup, commissioning, and operational handoff processes
