Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise and GIS platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, incident tracking, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires close collaboration with technology and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs using Jira.
- Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Manage and track security vulnerabilities, including CVE-related risks.
- Own and manage the Jira backlog, including epics, user stories, defects, and sprint prioritization in collaboration with the Product Owner and leadership.
- Coordinate testing activities across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate sprint retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present project status reports, risks, issues, and impediments to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and business alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GIS or Technology-related educational background.
- Experience supporting GIS platforms.
- Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
