Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Product Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering engaging technical sessions at events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about cloud computing and event management.
<>Responsibilities- Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, content creators, and event speakers to ensure seamless communication and execution of technical sessions.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of hands-on sessions, managing workflows from inception to completion.
- Translate technical requirements for various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse teams.
- Monitor session performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance participant experiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for event speakers and team members.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing concepts, particularly in generative AI technologies.
- Proven experience in technical program or product management, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with large-scale technical events or workshops, enhancing hands-on learning experiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems and database applications, such as Airtable or Excel.
- Relevant AWS certifications that demonstrate expertise in cloud technologies.
