Construction Superintendent - Large-Scale Commercial & Industrial Projects | Full-Time
We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. This is a full-time, where you'll oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility and planning through execution and completion working across civil, structural, and electrical scopes.
We're looking for someone who truly loves to build. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you'll take ownership of major $15M+ projects, lead diverse craft teams, and play a key role in delivering high-impact builds. Full-Time (Travel Required - 70%+ Nationwide) Required Skills
  • 8+ years of supervisory experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Experience managing projects with budgets of $15M+
  • Strong background in civil, structural, and/or electrical construction
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport
  • Willingness and ability to travel long-term

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Strong safety background with consistent delivery of quality outcomes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, including manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
  • Supervise and coordinate multiple trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, carpenters)
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety standards, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and adjust plans as needed
  • Communicate with clients, executives, vendors, and internal teams
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement across projects
