Senior Staffing Recruiter - BFSI

Trilogy NextGen is seeking a high-caliber Senior IT Staffing Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our Banking & Financial Technology business. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the mature financial centers of the United States and the rapidly evolving Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Tech Sourcing: Headhunt specialized talent for high-impact banking domains, including:

  • Core Banking Modernization: Professionals skilled in transitioning from legacy mainframes to 4th-gen, cloud-native platforms (e.g., Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine).

  • Fintech & Payments: Experts in ISO 20022, UPI/Real-time payments, and digital wallet orchestration.

  • AI & Data Engineering: Specialists in Agentic AI, Generative AI for risk modeling, and large-scale data lineage.

• Dual-Market Pipeline Management: Target niche US-based talent in hubs like Charlotte, NYC, and Plano for leadership and specialized architecture roles. Navigate the competitive GCC landscape in Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad, managing high-volume technical assessments and "notice period" retention.

• Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates possess deep domain knowledge of banking regulations and technical proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Python, and AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.

• Stakeholder Advising: Partner with CTOs and Engineering Leads to advise on talent strategies and regional salary benchmarks.
