Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure build systems operate efficiently and effectively, optimize asset delivery workflows, and maintain seamless availability of software builds across Apple's organization. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers team members to drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance for internal deployments and asset delivery.\n\nThis role requires a leader who can balance technical depth with people management excellence, someone who can navigate complex infrastructure challenges across diverse asset types while developing talent, and building strong cross-functional relationships. BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent\n5+ years of management experience with demonstrated success leading project management or technical operations teams\nStrong background in software development, build systems, or release engineering\nProven track record of scaling teams and processes in fast-paced technology environments\nExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
