Lead (.NET + AI/ML)/ Architect

We are
looking for a technically strong AI Team Lead with .NET background to lead AI
solution development and guide a team in delivering scalable enterprise-grade
AI applications.

Key
Responsibilities:

Lead a team
of AI Developers and .NET Engineers. Design AI architecture integrated with
enterprise .NET systems.

Define
technical roadmap and best practices.

Oversee AI
model integration into .NET-based platforms.

Conduct
design reviews and code reviews.

Work closely
with stakeholders to define AI use cases. Ensure security, compliance, and
governance standards.

Drive
adoption of Generative AI and automation solutions.

Required
Skills:

Strong
expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core.

Hands-on
experience in AI/ML frameworks and LLM integrations.

Experience in
Azure ecosystem (Azure AI, Azure ML, App Services).

Knowledge of
Microservices architecture and cloud deployment.

Strong
leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
managing end-to-end AI project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

12-15 years of experience in software
development (.NET).

3%2B years of
AI/ML experience.

2%2B years of
team leadership experience.

Preferred
Experience:

Building
AI-enabled enterprise platforms.

Exposure to
Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.

Experience in
Agile/Scrum methodology.
