Salesforce Administrator

We are currently looking for Salesforce Admins who can be on eStaff’s W2, we cannot sub-contract through another vendor, unable to work with C2Cs, or do sponsorships)

Candidates can be 100% EMOTE ANYWHERE IN Texas Preferred no more than 1 hour from Austin, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to Salesforce vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies.
• Troubleshoot key product implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution.
• Review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate the impacts to current applications, orgs, and solutions.
• Identification and pro-active management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
• Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level
• Drive several applications teams through applying the best technical practices
• Advise on the Implementation of recommendations and Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP) modernization plan
• Partner with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to multiple business problems

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrable knowledge of the capabilities and features of Service Cloud.
• Proven experience and ability to develop custom configured and Salesforce LPI, Visualforce and Lightning applications on the platform
• Salesforce Org management
