  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) to automate application deployments and operational workflows.
  • Leverage ServiceNow for ITSM process integration, including incident, change, and request management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Kubernetes platforms meet product roadmap objectives, including high availability, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Enhance platform automation using AI/ML-based tools for monitoring, scaling, self-healing, and anomaly detection.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles; provide timely status updates and support sprint goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes workloads, networking (e.g., Istio Service Mesh), and integrations with enterprise services (e.g., Azure App Gateway, Akamai).
  • Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.

Use your skills to make an impact

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters on AKS and GKE in production environments.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
  • Experience with GitHub for source control, code reviews, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes add-ons (e.g., Istio, ArgoCD, Velero, Cert Manager) and security practices (RBAC, TLS/mTLS).
  • Experience engineering and integrating automation solutions and AI/ML for cloud platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success delivering in agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
