Title: Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Functional
Location: Shift hours will be in PST time zone with offshore -Onshore coordination
remote role

Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Techno Functional SME with at least 10 + years of experience around CX applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in Oracle fusion Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle and SAP systems(Preferred but not mandatory), as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle CX AND Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Oracle fusion Service Cloud
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Oracle
