IT Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution across technology initiatives. This role will partner with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires working onsite at the client office four days per week in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring all milestones are tracked effectively
* Maintain and organize Jira boards, ensuring accurate updates, task tracking, and visibility across teams
* Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications across cross-functional teams
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, escalating risks or delays as needed
* Prepare status reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders and project leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-8 years of experience in IT project coordination, project planning, or PMO support
* Strong experience using Jira (or similar Agile project management tools)
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies in a technology environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
