Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – F2F Plano, TX

Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite – Mandatory)
Rate: $40/hr W2

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the optimization and modernization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will drive best practices, reduce technical debt, and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions while optimizing Salesforce performance, integrations, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize existing Salesforce development practices, identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable architecture.

• Refactor legacy Apex classes and migrate Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Salesforce DX, or other DevOps tools.

• Design and develop API-first, microservices-based integrations with other platforms (analytics, marketing, customer-facing systems).

• Champion Salesforce best practices, governance, and documentation across the development team.

• Lead modernization initiatives to improve performance, stability, and scalability of Salesforce instances.

• Drive process improvements, team right-sizing, and operational excellence.

• Work with AI/ML-driven approaches for code optimization and automated maintenance (plus).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud.

• Experience in Classic → Lightning migration and refactoring legacy code.

• Expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and scalable solution design.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado preferred).

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

• Experience with Omnistudio or AI/ML-driven automation is a plus.
