Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Scrum Master with 6 10 years of experience to support Agile delivery teams. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure successful sprint delivery while also supporting project management activities such as scope tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  Guide teams in following Scrum principles and Agile best practices
  Support the Product Owner in translating requirements into user stories and deliverables
  Track sprint progress and delivery commitments
  Identify risks and issues and work with teams to resolve them
  Manage scope, schedule, status reporting, and project coordination
  Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to align priorities
  Remove team impediments to improve productivity and delivery
  Facilitate team collaboration and conflict resolution
  Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
  Assist with defect remediation planning and technical debt management

Required Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Mandatory
  Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  6 10 years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager
  Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  Experience with project scoping, estimation, and financial oversight
  Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or QA/Test Engineer
  Familiarity with quality management tools and processes
