Job Description:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including:
- Event Management
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- Agent-client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)
- Machine Learning based anomaly detection
- Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB connectors, REST APIs, SNMP traps, etc.) into ServiceNow.
- Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
- Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
- Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of .
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and clientfacing abilities.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CISITOM, CISDiscovery, CISEvent Management) are good to have.
