Things that don't want candidates that infra/platform/devops or too much on the data side. They need to have that application side, and the Java and Python background skills are ideal. A person who moved from Java to Python in the cloud aws is Ideal. Backend skills are valued, and front-end skills are not in the role. I have rejections for full-stack devs.

There are 3 openings for this job and another one on the way. That will make a total of 4 openings, 2 have recently been filled but now candidates are failing the second round and people are not finding the true developers, the heavy weight developers, there are different levels of development in cloud and many recruiters fail to understand and master it. If you can master it there is a lot of money to be made.
