Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Architect/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and network security across global infrastructures and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize highly available, secure, and scalable network solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and support global WAN/LAN/WLAN solutions with high availability and security.
- Design and configure routing, switching, QoS, multicast, and VPN services across IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
- Administer and optimize DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NAT, ACLs, proxies, and load balancers including F5 LTM/GTM.
- Lead wireless architecture and operations using Aruba controllers, access points, and management platforms.
- Engineer SDN/SD-WAN solutions and integrate with structured cabling and network facilities.
- Harden network devices and enforce security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and IPSec.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and drive remediation across the network stack.
- Monitor performance using NetFlow and related telemetry and tune QoS and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, IPAM, DNS/DDNS, DHCP, F5 GTM/LTM, SSH, VPN, internet proxy, IPS, IDS, RIP, BGP, OSPF, multicast, MPLS.
- Experience with QoS, NetFlow, wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, virtual networks, NAT, ACLs, web security/URL filtering, IPSec, malware prevention.
- Strong IPv4 and IPv6 implementation and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on with HP and Aruba routing, switching, and wireless including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Instant APs, AirWave, Central, Activate, ClearPass, and security features.
- Experience with SDN and SD-WAN products and services and knowledge of structured cabling and facilities.
- Firewall design and configuration, device hardening, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IPSec, vulnerability assessment, and intrusion detection.
- Proven WAN engineering experience supporting global network infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in network architecture, design, engineering, and implementation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating Aruba ClearPass with identity, NAC, and policy enforcement.
- Exposure to automation for network configurations and compliance.
