Summary

The Information Systems Analyst serves as the primary driver for Information Systems, safely transporting IS equipment, supplies, and mobile infrastructure while supporting warehouse and inventory operations. This position uses knowledge of IS hardware and peripherals to verify equipment against manifests. The position is also primarily responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and operationally ready warehouse.

Job Duties Include:

  • Serve as the primary driver for Information Systems, operating large vehicles and towing trailers to transport IS equipment, supplies, and mobile infrastructure between Lee Health locations and other designated sites.
  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload IS equipment for daily operations, special projects, and emergency deployments.
  • Verify that IS equipment and quantities being transported match applicable manifests and supporting documentation, and report discrepancies or damage.
  • Receive and process IS equipment and supplies using computers, handheld barcode readers, and applicable inventory or asset management systems.
  • Assist with inventory management and equipment tracking to maintain appropriate stock levels and chain of custody.
  • Complete Lee Health-required training and certification to operate powered industrial trucks and other powered equipment, including forklifts, powered pallet jacks, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, and other assigned equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and operationally ready warehouse, including serving as the primary person responsible for routine sweeping and operation of the floor scrubber.
  • Perform end-of-day warehouse security checks, including ensuring gates and doors are closed and locked, designated equipment is secured, and lights are turned off.
  • Perform required safety inspections of assigned vehicles, trailers, and powered equipment and promptly report identified concerns.
  • Coordinate transportation, delivery, and equipment movement with IS Asset Management personnel, Technical Analysts, receiving departments, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet Lee Health requirements for operating organizational vehicles. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required.
  • Ability, willingness, and desire to operate large vehicles and tow trailers as a primary responsibility.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, peripherals, and technical terminology is required.
  • Ability to use computers, handheld barcode readers, and inventory or asset management systems.
  • Ability to complete Lee Health-required training and certification for powered industrial trucks and other powered equipment.
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, communication, attention-to-detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and perform the physical activities necessary to load, unload, receive, and transport equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving large vehicles and towing trailers.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, inventory management, or material handling.
  • Experience operating forklifts, powered pallet jacks, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, or similar powered equipment.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or one year of related experience in transportation, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, asset management, or Information Systems preferred.
