Job Description ECS is seeking a
Senior Cloud Engineer to work in our
Washington, DC - Hybrid office.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. ECS is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure that will serve as the foundation for the SEC's modernization and AI initiatives. As the SEC accelerates cloud adoption under FedRAMP guidelines, this role is critical to building the secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments that will host next-generation workloads-including AI/ML model training and inference, data analytics pipelines, and modernized application platforms.
You will architect cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code, implement CI/CD pipelines, and build the automation that enables the SEC to move faster while maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance. This is a hands-on engineering role with strategic impact: the cloud infrastructure you build will directly enable the SEC's AI Task Force and modernization programs to deliver results.
