Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

An experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to design, architect, and deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.

Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Personalization.

Define technical architecture for customer data models, integrations, security, and automation.

Create solution blueprints, technical design documents, and architecture diagrams.

Technical Skills

7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with 4+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data integrations, and middleware platforms.
Solid understanding of data modeling, customer identity, and consent management.
