Summary
- Lead agenda creation and planning for Experience Center guest visits, including coordination of tech showcases, presenters, meeting spaces, F&B, and other logistics
- Coordinate Experience Center customer, partner, and press events, including executive networking receptions and Cinema movie screenings for our tier 1 ecosystem partners
- Provide guidance to and enable the success of cross-functional colleagues who host events at HQ.
- Assist the Experience Center Lead with how we continue to optimize operations, data capture, and deliver value-proving reports Essential Qualities.
- Positive attitude, a passion for logistics, and strong organizational skills are most critical.
- Passionate about events and strategic guest experiences.
- Comfort in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and an ability to stay calm and solution/action-oriented in those moments.
- Desire to learn, grow, push boundaries, and build efficiency.
- Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented demeanor.
