### Job Summary

We are seeking a **Senior ETL / Informatica IDMC Engineer** with **7+ years of experience in ETL and data integration development**.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with **Informatica IDMC / Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)**, **Teradata**, and **SQL**. The candidate should have experience developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise ETL/data integration solutions.

**Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.**

### Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL/data integration solutions using **Informatica IDMC/CDI**.
* Develop and maintain **mappings, mapplets, workflows, transformations, lookups, joins, aggregations, and error-handling processes**.
* Work extensively with **Teradata** for data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and troubleshooting.
* Develop and optimize **SQL queries** for data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and production issue resolution.
* Perform data validation, reconciliation, data-quality checks, and root-cause analysis.
* Troubleshoot ETL and data integration issues in production environments.
* Coordinate with upstream and downstream application teams to resolve production issues.
* Work with Business Analysts, Data Architects, QA, application teams, and other technology teams.
* Participate in deployments, release activities, production support, and incident management.
* Develop basic **Python scripts** for automation, file processing, data validation, and operational activities.
* Document technical solutions, data flows, processes, and operational procedures.
* Follow enterprise data management, security, development, and deployment standards.
* Participate in on-call or occasional evening/weekend production support when required.

### Required Experience

* **7+ years of ETL / Data Integration development experience**
* **Strong Informatica IDMC / CDI experience**
* **Strong Teradata experience**
* **Strong SQL development experience**
* Hands-on experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing
* Experience with mappings, transformations, lookups, joins, aggregations, and error handling
* Experience working with flat files and relational databases
* Experience with ETL production support and troubleshooting
* Basic Python programming/scripting
* Experience working in Agile or enterprise development environments
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with multiple technical and business teams

### Preferred / Nice-to-Have

* Banking or Financial Services experience
* Experience with banking data such as **accounts, customers, transactions, payments, or regulatory data**
* Enterprise Data Warehouse experience
* Cloud-based data integration experience
* ETL scheduling and monitoring
* Production incident management
* Modern cloud/data platforms

### Candidate Profile We Are Looking For

with:

**7+ years ETL + strong Informatica IDMC/CDI + strong Teradata + strong SQL + basic Python**

Candidates should be able to independently **develop ETL pipelines, work with Teradata, write complex SQL, troubleshoot production issues, perform data reconciliation, and support enterprise data integration environments.**

### Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
