The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Supervising Information Technology Analyst with strong Full Stack Development experience, including building web applications using Angular and C#.NET technologies.
This position serves as a working supervisor, overseeing development activities while contributing to complex technical solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies, be self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills, and possess effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Some of the typical duties include:
· Planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing and participating in development work to make the targeted deadline
· Monitoring, mentoring and evaluating staff’s performance and quality of work
· Participating and assisting in identifying opportunities for improving service delivery methods implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures; identifies resource needs; reviews and implements the changes.
· Performing a variety of complex applications troubleshooting and analysis duties as a working supervisor
· Assisting in solving problems regarding business process analysis and applications
· Maintaining coding standards and code repository
· Attending meetings with clients with the purpose of gathering business requirements and documenting those requirements for approvals from the stakeholders
· Participating in QA and planning periodic application deployment
· Working closely with and providing project updates to the IT Manager
· Maintaining procedures for tracking of software licenses and renewals
· Assisting with interviews and selection of staff
In conjunction with meeting the Minimum Qualifications listed in this job posting, the ideal candidate will have:
· Four (4) or more years of experience developing web applications using Angular (version 12 and above), as well as experience with the development life cycle, systems design, and prototyping.
· Proficiency in C#.net including experience developing web services and RESTful APIs.
· Experience with AWS cloud computing and serverless application development.
· Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
· Hands-on knowledge of authentication and authorization implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems, or other field closely related to the intent of the class.
AND
Four (4) years of full-time paid professional experience in one or more of the following fields of systems analysis, systems engineering, programming, database administration/analysis or operations, maintaining or implementing automated mapping and/or geographic information systems.
Note: Professional experience that demonstrates the ability to perform analytical duties above the required four years of full-time experience in assigned technology areas may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis (2080 hours paid experience equal one year of education).
