This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, assisting others, and staying current with evolving technologies. Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to internal IT teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Produce clear and concise technical documentation such as requirements and statements of work
- Support application development efforts
- Assist with application operations and maintenance activities
Qualifications:Required:
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Software Development, including:
- AngularJS, Kendo, C#, .NET, Oracle
- Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Business Systems Analysis, including:
- Requirements formulation
- Tier 1/2 customer support
- System testing and integration
- Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Database Administration, including:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
