Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and security officers to align on technical strategy and execution.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize system performance to minimize technical debt.
Enforce strict data privacy, role-based access control, and compliance standards required by public-sector frameworks.
Proactively deliver platform enhancements, bug fixes, and feature upgrades aligned with seasonal Salesforce releases.
Mentor team members on Apex design patterns, LWC best practices, and effective test coverage strategies.
