Supervisor, Enterprise IT & Security Operations
Lead the convergence of advanced IT infrastructure and comprehensive defense security. As a 1st Line Supervisor for the Production Operations Security Section, you will direct a team of IT and security professionals to ensure the seamless delivery, reliability, and absolute protection of Enterprise IT services and Data Centers across all classification levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise IT & Data Center Operations: Oversee the management, reliability, and seamless delivery of enterprise IT services and physical Data Centers across multiple classification levels.
- Multi-Disciplinary Security Management: Direct the Production Operations Security Section in executing Personnel, Physical, Industrial, and Information Security, as well as Anti-Terrorism and strict Access Control protocols.
- Cybersecurity & Information Assurance: Lead the Information Assurance and Cyber Security programs for both the Group and Squadron, ensuring rigorous network defense and compliance with federal regulations.
- SCI & OPSEC Administration: Manage SCI programs and enforce rigorous Operations Security (OPSEC) procedures to protect classified operations from unauthorized disclosure or compromise.

- A trusted guardian experienced in managing highly classified environments, Information Assurance frameworks, and multidisciplinary physical/personnel security.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- May be required to travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft
- May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours.
- Must maintain Cyberspace Qualification in accordance with DoDM 8140, para 4.2.a.(2)
- Drug testing designated position and subject to random testing for drug use
Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1. Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of IT and KM assessment, planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation as well as knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, managing IT, and KM projects and resources, monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance. Ability to lead and manage information systems planning, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance as well as ability to make decisions or recommendations that significantly impact important agency IT and KM policies or programs.
2. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for the coordinated management of IT and KM programs to include providing oversight of multiple projects, integrating dependent schedules and deliverables, and related activities such as life cycle management and program governance. Ability to develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of services. Skill in applying new developments to previously unsolvable problems.
3. Knowledge of the principles and methods to identify, analyze, specify, design, and manage functional and infrastructure requirements; includes translating functional requirements into technical requirements used for logical design or alternative technologies or approaches. Ability to research and analyze external products to determine their potential for meeting mission requirements and business needs.
4. Knowledge of concepts, practices, and leadership techniques used to identify, engage, influence and monitor relationships with individuals and groups connected to IT and KM work/development efforts. Includes those who are actively involved, those who exert influence over the process and its results, and those who have a vested interest in the outcome. Ability to provide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT and KM issues as well as ability to work effectively with customers to assess their requirements then provide information, expertise, and assistance to satisfy those needs.
5. Knowledge of methods of leadership and supervision to hold others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. Ability to determine objectives, make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions, set priorities, cause change, and accomplish organizational goals.
6. Skill in leading productive teams and work centers. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions of a unit and lead, mentor, motivate, and appraise subordinate staff.
