IT Site Support Technician

Description
IT Site support would involve troubleshooting and repairing IT equipment, networks, and software within the company's facilities. This role would also include supporting end-users with technology-related issues and ensuring smooth operation of the site's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations.
User Support:
Providing technical assistance to employees, addressing their IT needs, and training them on new systems or software.
Hardware and Software Management:
Maintaining and managing IT equipment inventory, installing new software and hardware, and configuring systems to meet business needs.
Network Support:
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, ensuring secure and reliable network infrastructure, and managing network devices.
Security:
Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access.
Documentation:
Keeping accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.
Project Support:
Contributing to IT projects, such as upgrades, installations, and new system deployments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
