Must haves:
- Strong Oracle EBS reporting analyst experience (Not developing, working in the modules)
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, lookups, reconciliations, multitab models)
- Experience supporting Finance and SOX reporting Strong Power BI for businessready dashboards
- Handson Smartsheet (or similar tool) experience tied to Oracle EBS reporting
Day to day:
Oracle Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Oracle EBS (ALICE) reporting. This role focuses on validating ERP data, building trusted Finance and Operations reporting, and translating complex Oracle EBS outputs into Excel- and Power BI based insights. This is not a developer role but a reporting/ analytics role. Responsibilities Serve as a functional expert in Oracle EBS (ALICE-internal EBS configuration) reporting Understand EBS modules and data flows (Financials, Purchasing, BOM, Inventory, Projects, WIP, OM) Validate and reconcile data from Oracle EBS, SplashBI, and legacy reports Determine correct data sources for cost vs. revenue, SOX, and manufacturing vs. project reporting Build and maintain auditready Excel workbooks for Finance and Audit Create Power BI dashboards that translate EBS data into decisionready visuals Use Smartsheet to track SOX reporting, validations, and reporting status Work with Finance, Operations, and PMO to explain data clearly and consistently.
