Summary

Role: Database Architect (MDM, Cloud/SaaS optimization)

Location: Raleigh NC (Hybrid)

The "Data Asset Architect" Data is our primary product, but it must be governed and organized to be valuable. We need an architect who can:

Master Data Management (MDM): Define a "Go-Forward" strategy to ensure we have a single, clean source of truth for all records.
Monetize Datasets: Design the technical architecture required to create and sell integrated data products to sponsors.
Ensure Readiness: Build the roadmap to reach an "ideal state" of data readiness for predictive analytics and trial intelligence.
Manage Risk: Partner with legal teams to define strict boundaries and rights matrices for data sharing.

M&A Experience: Proven ability to work in a "Post-Close" environment with aggressive transition timelines.
Technical Breadth: Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS optimization, AI model audits, and infrastructure security scans.
Product Cataloging: Experience in harmonizing SKU and pricing structures across diverse product libraries.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional "Work Stream" teams to validate capacity and architectural dependencies
