Job Role : Google Workspace Engineer

Location: New York, NY(Remote)

Job Description

Google Workspace and Collab Engineering Support

Required Knowledge

Google Workspace administration including Google Cloud Platform OAuth and API management

Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration

Okta directory application and group administration

Proof Point on Demand administration

Email Routing and Security concepts including but not limited to internal external DNS configurations email authentication SPFDKIMDMARC

Scripting knowledge GAM Command Line Management PowerShell for bulk processes and automation

Expected Job Roles Functions

Administration of multiple Google Workspace tenants in the environment

Manage and maintain current future account provisioning deprovisioning processes These processes include but are not limited to workflows configured in Okta tenant for automated account provisioning and licensing internal scripted processes for account offboarding and data retention

Perform and support mailbox data migration using native migration tools available from Microsoft and Google Scenarios include data migration between GWS tenants and between GWS and M365 tenants

Facilitate and support third party application integrations to Google Workspace via Google Cloud Platform project and OAuth configurations

Support SOX reporting activities for inscape applications within Google Workspace

Manual provisioning of GWS accounts when requested by existing end users
