Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support 100+ production and non-production SAP HANA databases.
  • Perform SAP HANA installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and System Replication.
  • Manage SAP Basis administration across ABAP and Java environments, including kernel updates, transports, and support packages.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call support.
  • Execute system refreshes, copies, upgrades, and migration activities for the transition to SAP NS2 / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
  • Support SAP Solution Manager and maintain enterprise SAP system availability.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SAP HANA database administration, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, patching, and System Replication.
  • 8+ years of SAP NetWeaver Basis administration across ABAP and Java stacks.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SAP operations, production support, incident management, and on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of SAP OS/DB migration, upgrades, or S/4HANA conversion experience.
  • 2+ years of SAP landscape administration on AWS or a comparable public cloud.
  • SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver administration certifications.
  • Experience with SAP RISE, SAP NS2, SAP Solution Manager,
