Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Micro-Frontend Strategy

• Architect and scale enterprise-grade web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures using Services As Fragment.
• Drive modernization initiatives across frontend platforms and shared application frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability through modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Turbopack.

Design Systems, Accessibility & User Experience

• Lead the governance and adoption of enterprise-wide UI component libraries, design tokens, and frontend standards.
• Establish scalable CSS architecture using CSS3, SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and support global users through internationalization (i18n)frameworks.
• Deliver responsive, mobile-first user experiences across devices and platforms.

Performance Optimization & Problem Solving

• Analyze and resolve complex frontend challenges involving state management, rendering performance, and browser behavior.
• Troubleshoot memory leaks, runtime issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs involving SSR, SSG, ISR, and Client-Side Rendering strategies.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve application reliability and user experience.

AI-Driven Development & Technical Documentation

• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and related technologies to accelerate development productivity.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to streamline coding, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation including:
• Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Request for Comments (RFCs)
• Design Specifications
• Engineering Standards and Best Practices

Product & Design Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate using Figma to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design systems and product experiences.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions.

DevOps, Deployment & Quality Engineering

• Drive frontend delivery excellence through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement modern deployment strategies including:
• Feature Flags
• Canary Releases
• Blue/Green Deployments
• Champion quality engineering practices through automated testing frameworks such as:
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress
• Playwright
• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and code review processes.
• Establish and enforce frontend engineering standards and best practices.
• Promote secure development practices aligned with PCI-DSS and OWASP guidelines.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with Next.js, including:
• App Router
• Server Components
• Modern rendering strategies
• Proven experience implementing Micro-Frontend architectures using Services As Fragments.

Frontend Technologies

• Strong expertise in:
• React; Next.js; TypeScript; JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5; CSS3; SCSS/SASS
• CSS Modules
• Tailwind CSS

Accessibility & Internationalization

• Deep understanding of:
• Responsive Web Design
