Summary

Role Summary

The Senior Visual Designer creates design solutions that enable rapid experimentation across our client’s marketing ecosystem. This role develops high-quality design variations and modular design patterns that support scalable testing and dynamic experiences.

Design visual variants for A/B and multivariate experiments across web and other marketing touchpoints.

Translate experimentation hypotheses into compelling visual concepts.

Develop modular design assets that support rapid experimentation.

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver test-ready design assets.

Maintain alignment with Marcom design standards and brand guidelines.

Iterate design solutions based on experiment performance and insights

7–10 years of visual or digital design experience, preferably in marketing or product design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital experience design and experimentation-driven design work.

Experience designing for experimentation or personalization environments.

Ability to rapidly produce design variations while maintaining high visual quality.

Proficiency with modern design tools and collaboration platforms.
