Description
Lead and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers responsible for the planning, tracking, and delivery of feature work across cross-functional organizations, while driving adoption of new tooling and supporting maintenance and migration work across SD&T. Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional leadership to scope programs, manage risk and dependencies, and keep delivery on schedule. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers team members to drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of rigor and predictability in how work moves from roadmap to shipped software.
This role requires a leader who can balance technical and program fundamentals with people management excellence, someone who can navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives across a broad organization while developing talent and building strong relationships with engineering and product leadership. You'll be instrumental in ensuring SD&T's feature roadmap is executed with clarity and consistency, building the internal infrastructure and tooling that powers how Apple's engineering teams deliver software today.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
5+ years of management experience with demonstrated success leading project management teams
Strong background in software engineering project management, with a track record of shipping complex, cross-functional programs
Proven track record of scaling teams and processes in fast-paced technology environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision, including experience delivering internal tooling that directly supports the release of customer-facing products at scale
