Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance D365 implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Design and oversee technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Lead development of C# plugins, custom workflows, and extensions.
Guide teams in building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF).
Design and implement Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.
Develop and integrate .NET / Web API services with Dynamics 365.
Lead system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with ERP, SAP, and legacy systems.
Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines and ALM using Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Communicate technical designs and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Web APIs.
Expertise in Dataverse, entity modeling, security, and business rules.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF Controls).
Strong experience with Azure services and integrations.
Experience using Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of CRM solution architecture and integration patterns.
Experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have / Preferred

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or Field Service modules.
Exposure to AI, Copilot, and automation features in Dynamics 365.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
Experience in government or large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks for custom UI components.
