Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities 1 System Administration & Configuration

Configure projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports
Manage users, teams, groups, and permissions
Customize request queues and approval processes
Maintain system governance and best practices

2 Process Optimization

Translate business requirements into Workfront solutions
Improve workflow efficiency and automation
Standardize project intake and execution processes
Ensure alignment with PMO or marketing operations standards

3 Reporting & Analytics

Build dashboards and executive reports
Track KPIs (resource utilization, project timelines, budgets)
Analyze performance metrics
Provide insights to leadership

4 Integrations

Integrate Workfront with tools like:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Salesforce
- Jira
- Microsoft Teams / Slack
Manage API integrations when required

5 Training & Support

Train end users and project managers
Provide ongoing system support
Create documentation and best practice guides
