Summary

Position Description:

Job Role : ServiceNow QA / Tester
  • Location: Columbus, Ohio (5 days onsite)
  • Duration: 6 to 12 months
  • Preference: Local candidates preferred.
  • 5 Days onsite
  •  Note: After 6 months, the candidate may transition to Infinite’s W2 payroll as per client compliance.
  • BGC: From 18th birthday till date background check.
  • Infinite will conduct BGC(background check) and Drug test.
  • State will perform BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and FBI checks. BCI takes up to 30 days after fingerprinting.
  • Onboarding will happen once all checks are complete.
 Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a ServiceNow QA/Tester with hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual regression testing within ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and stability of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.
  • Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.


Skills Table:

Required Qualifications:
 
  • Experience in ServiceNow testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Experience in manual regression and functional testing.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM – preferred).
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
