Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager Applications - CTRM to lead and manage application development and support for Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CTRM systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in application management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of CTRM applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead a team of developers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of CTRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in application management.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for application projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing CTRM applications and teams.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay Range: $190K- $210K
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
