Advantage Technical is partnering with a regulated manufacturer in Littleton, MA to place a Quality Technician on their production floor. This is a hands-on, manual batching role - ideal for someone with QC experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and operate production line; move materials and finished product to maintain flow and machine operation
- Perform quality tests using specialized equipment to ensure product and package integrity
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Expedite quality concerns to the line; collaborate with maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate daily records of tests performed and results
- Uphold housekeeping standards and clean equipment and work area each shift
- Follow safety programs and understand plant-specific hazards within your scope
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of QC experience in medical device or food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work with basic lab equipment (pH meters, scales, HPLC, in-line monitoring)
- Comfortable reading, writing, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Regulatory compliance and documentation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
