IVR Business Analyst - Healthcare Background Required

IVR Business Analyst

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for healthcare payer IVR (member and provider use cases)

• Design IVR call flows, menus, prompts, decision trees, and transfer logic

• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with stakeholders across claims, eligibility, benefits, and provider operations

• Work closely with IVR platforms.

• Ensure IVR solutions comply with HIPAA and healthcare payer regulations

• Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation

• Experience in healthcare payer + IVR/contact center environments required
