DESCRIPTION

As a Channel Partner - Specialist, Voice at Sinch, you'll help grow our Voice business through strategic partnerships with resellers, distributors, managed service providers, and other channel partners.

You'll combine strong channel and commercial expertise with deep knowledge of enterprise Voice, telecommunications, and cloud communications. Working closely with our partners and internal sales teams, you'll develop joint go-to-market strategies, uncover new revenue opportunities, and help partners confidently position Sinch Voice solutions with their customers.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our partners and an internal Voice subject matter expert, bringing together partner insights, market knowledge, and commercial strategy to expand our reach and accelerate growth through the indirect channel.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow strategic channel partner relationships, developing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Identify and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, working alongside partners and Sinch sales teams to advance new business and expansion opportunities.

  • Serve as a Voice subject matter expert, helping partners understand, position, and sell Sinch Voice solutions based on customer needs and business value.

  • Build trusted relationships across partner organizations, from executives and sales leaders to technical stakeholders and other key decision-makers.

  • Partner across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partner Enablement to support complex opportunities and deliver strong partner and customer outcomes.

  • Design and deliver partner enablement and training that builds expertise, strengthens solution positioning, and improves sales effectiveness.

  • Use partner performance, pipeline, revenue data, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform partner strategy.

  • Bring partner and market insights back into Sinch to help shape sales strategy, positioning, partner programs, and go-to-market execution.

  • Represent Sinch at partner events, industry conferences, and strategic customer engagements while ensuring partners operate in alignment with Sinch's program requirements and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.

  • Proven success building and growing channel partnerships and driving measurable pipeline and revenue through indirect or partner-led sales motions.

  • Strong expertise in enterprise Voice, telecommunications, CPaaS, cloud communications, or a closely related technology market, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear customer and business value.

  • Strong understanding of channel economics, partner business models, indirect sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Consultative selling and business development skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and connect them to the right solutions.

  • Strong business and analytical acumen, including experience using pipeline, forecasting, partner performance data, and CRM tools to inform decisions.

  • Ability to influence and lead across partner and internal teams without direct authority.

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience enabling partners and internal sales teams on Voice solutions and related industry use cases.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
