Job Title: Lead Consultant – Oracle ERP Cloud
Location: Oakland, CA / Alpharetta, GA
Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote/Hybrid options mentioned; hybrid availability is required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation projects, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects.
Customize and optimize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions based on client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP Cloud with existing systems.
Conduct client training sessions and workshops on Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or HCM.
In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture and functionality.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Experience leading implementation projects and managing project timelines.

Preferred Qualification:

Oracle Cloud certification in Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HCM.
