Service Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using an IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing platform.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows desktops and laptops, including imaging, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and access, including password resets, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions.
• Support productivity and collaboration tools such as email, file sharing, and office applications.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and virtual desktop environments.
• Support mobile devices and endpoints using mobile device management (MDM) tools.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams following established procedures.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to support future troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure reliable system operations.
• Participate in technology initiatives and improvement projects as needed.
• Follow security, compliance, and operational policies while providing support.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
