Now Hiring: Electro/Mechanical Repair Technician
Location: Salem, NH
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Looking for a hands-on technical role in a low-stress work environment? We are seeking an Electro/Mechanical Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and test aerospace, defense, and electronic equipment. If you have experience reading schematics, using hand tools, and working with electronic components, this is a great opportunity to expand your technical skills.
Job Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on returned customer products
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Conduct product testing and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment, including multimeters
- Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures throughout the repair and assembly process
- Document repairs, inspections, and testing results accurately
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, repair, or testing
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and participate in team lifts up to 100 lbs
- Color vision required
