Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or Finance & Operations) and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or F&O)
- Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using .NET, C#, and Web APIs
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Perform data migration and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
- Ensure security roles, compliance, and best practices are followed
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or Finance & Operations)
- Hands-on experience with:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Plugins, workflows, and customizations
- Experience with Azure services and integrations
- Knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
