Position: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Irving, TX 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled SNOW Developer to join our Cybersecurity team as a Lead Engineer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise security posture by leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to implement and manage security solutions effectively within the ServiceNow platform. 

Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and implement security solutions using ServiceNow to streamline and automate security operations.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow applications.

·       Monitor and analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities, providing timely responses and remediation strategies.

·       Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

·       Conduct regular assessments of security tools and processes to identify areas for improvement.

·       Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

·       Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization's security framework.

·       Participate in incident response activities and contribute to post-incident reviews to improve future security measures.

Mandatory Skills:

·       Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.

·       Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.

·       Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management.

·       Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

·       Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

·       Experience with other security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.

·       Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

·       Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
