PC Deployment / Desktop Support Technician - Milwaukee AreaDescriptionWe're looking for a hands-on
PC Deployment / Desktop Support Technician to support device refresh and deployment efforts across the Milwaukee area. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, setting up new equipment, and keeping deployments running smoothly in a healthcare environment.
You'll be responsible for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops while providing on-site support to clinical and non-clinical staff. Strong attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laptop and desktop refresh and deployment tasks, including setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to staff during PC deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
- Track equipment inventory and document service requests and deployments accurately
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Follow established IT standards, security guidelines, and internal procedures
Qualifications- Previous experience in PC deployment, field services, or desktop/technical support
- Strong customer service and communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently across multiple locations
- Familiarity with healthcare or enterprise IT environments is a plus but not required
Education & Experience- Prior experience supporting or deploying computers in a professional environment preferred
Working Conditions- Primarily supporting locations in the Milwaukee area, with occasional travel to other sites as needed
- Must be able to lift, move, and set up computer equipment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
