Our client in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Formal Verification Engineer to join their team. As a Formal Verification Engineer, you will be part of the Verification Department supporting ASIC and SoC verification efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Formal Verification Engineer
Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA /100% remote is available only for a strong candidate.
Pay Range: $70 to $80 on W2
What\'s the Job?
\t- Participate in the functional verification of complex ASICs and IP cores for CPU/GPU development projects. \t
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to understand and verify design functionality within the system context. \t
- Develop, execute, and document formal verification plans, including directed and constrained-random tests. \t
- Utilize industry-standard verification methodologies and tools to ensure design correctness. \t
- Drive verification activities from planning through signoff, ensuring thorough coverage and defect resolution.
What\'s Needed?
\t- 8+ years of proven experience in formal verification, RTL verification, and validation. \t
- Strong knowledge of formal verification methodologies, property checking, and model checking tools. \t
- Hands-on experience with formal verification tools and verification infrastructure. \t
- Solid understanding of ASIC or SoC verification environments and architectures. \t
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
