Overview

The Client is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support enterprise modernization initiatives focused on finance, operations, and human resources systems. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting critical business applications while helping migrate aging systems to modern platforms and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, DevOps practices, application modernization, and enterprise system integrations. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale modernization initiatives while helping improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Position Summary

The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications. Responsibilities include developing modern web applications, supporting backend integrations, implementing CI/CD pipelines, performing system testing, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to long-term modernization strategies.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and development standards.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Modernization
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise financial, administrative, and HR applications utilizing Angular and modern development frameworks.
  • Analyze existing system architectures, integrations, and dependencies to identify modernization opportunities.
  • Refactor legacy applications and migrate aging systems to modern platforms and frameworks.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
DevOps & Software Delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Support DevOps best practices to improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational consistency.
  • Participate in application upgrades, code refactoring efforts, security patching, and platform modernization projects.
  • Support production deployments and collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and stable releases.
  • Coordinate deployment schedules and implementation activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Perform unit, integration, regression, and automated testing.
  • Validate application functionality, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Support defect identification, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure code quality through established development and testing standards.
Data Integration & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain application logic, APIs, and integrations that support enterprise business processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives through system integrations and data services.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and optimize application performance where needed.
Technical Documentation & Collaboration
  • Create and maintain application architecture documentation, technical specifications, deployment documentation, and integration diagrams.
  • Document coding standards, development procedures, security requirements, and DevOps processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, design reviews, and project meetings.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and project managers to support successful project delivery.
  • Mentor team members and promote development best practices across the organization.
